Cold called on Burrus past customers and prospects and logged all calls made. While making cold calls one of my duties was to promote Burrus and their new program Enlist. I was able to attend sales training and sales meetings with Burrus owners and account managers. At the end of the summer I presented the information I gathered from making cold calls to the Burrus owners.

I interacted with account managers and customers in the field on a daily basis. I communicated with customers on their personal farms while putting up signage, delivering seed, and returning boxes and pallets. Burrus gave me the opportunity to take part in their selling seminars and events throughout the summer. I was able to assist in research plots and learn hands on, in training, from Burrus agronomists.
