- Bump in and out and running of events in the bar- Liaising with clients on event nights- Ensuring that patrons of the event are happyMarketing for Pearls bar - Ordering beverages, food, coffee & linen for the bar and events- Bartender (cocktail skills) | Barista | A La Carte service- High focus on customer service- Supervisor on shifts | organising staff/shifts- Assisting stock take and par levelscross training in other departments of the hotel
