Role: Provide employees with troubleshooting for laptops, desktops and hardware on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Manage IT assets by checking out inventory of office equipment and technology. Shadow with the Security team to create policies, and website exclusions within the end-point detection system. Examine how the firewall was managed and filtered. Hardware Lifecycle Refresh Project: Image over 120 laptops and work with employees to swap out older models. Assist in software and application installation, data transfers and Dell updates. Deliver technology in a timely manner that is consistent with the project timeline.Teams Meetings Documentation Project: Create documentation and standardized methods for Teams Meetings by interviewing company executives about creating large-scale town hall meetings, interacting with the audience and troubleshooting methods.
