Working alongside Hannah Turnbull, MSOL, RD, we co-host the Weight Inclusive Innovators podcast weekly and provide business education and support for weight inclusive business owners through The Accountability Club, webinars, workshops, and admincations.

The Eating Expedition takes being a “foodie” up a notch. Farms, factories, food trucks, fine dining, and first-hand experiences guide our conversations with folks in the food world as we get a behind-the-scenes look into different food cultures and celebrate the connection that food provides. Our mission is to cultivate spaces and conversations that explore the origins of the foods we love and the cultures they create, while providing access to adventure and education through first-hand experiences.

Morgan Sinclair Designs is a branding and web design studio that works exclusively with weight inclusive clinicians. Morgan and her team support clinicians with their online presence, both strategically and visually, through custom design, website templates, marketing strategies, and education.

I worked alongside Dr. Ed Tyson, MD and Jennifer Nagel, PA-C who specialize in the medical treatment of eating disorders. In addition to applying my nutrition knowledge to the treatment of those with eating disorders, I manage the office by scheduling patients, filing insurance claims and maintaining patient charts. Despite having very minimal knowledge in eating disorders prior to this job, I have gained valuable skills on how to work with this niche seeing patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and other forms of disordered eating.

Assist the Texas A&M Sports Dietitians (RDs) by tracking inventory, planning meals, restocking and replenishing fueling stations, assisting in grocery store tours, and educating athletes on pre- and post-workout recovery as well as overall nutrition to fuel their bodies. I have developed skills on body composition testing and how to plan diets for different genders, body types, and nutrient needs while accommodating the athletes' schedules. I also oversee the 15+ undergraduate students who volunteer with our department.

Using the knowledge I've obtained through my various nutrition classes, I am able to aid and assist Texas A&M's student-athletes in their nutrition-related studies. From creating interactive study tools, to helping them memorize detailed information, I am able to enhance their performance in the classroom as well as an athlete through my sports nutrition knowledge.
