Our team of Masters of the Environment students at the University of Colorado-Boulder worked with the co-founders of Dharma’s Garden, a nonprofit urban farm in North Boulder, to produce a long-term Stewardship Plan for the land and future stewards. Through this collaboration, we developed a more than 200-page Stewardship Plan document that highlights important themes and methods. It describes future projects and improvement, as well as providing a technical appendix. Everything was considered in the context of the nonprofit’s values, conscious land management techniques, and the co-founders’ intention for community involvement.

Provided excellent and consistent customer service and satisfaction. Maintained a cleanly and organized space with knowledge of product availability and placement. Upheld store values and worked closely with customers to fulfill their needs and orders.

Managed, recorded, and tracked all donations, organized and implemented fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach, coordinated membership recruitment, assisted and supported the media team, coordinated interns, and worked directly with the Executive Director to develop donor relationships

Template and infographic design, managed social media content and social media research, directed internal and external communications, created and managed a virtual auction.
