I have an associates of science degree in the study of administration of justice from Monterey Peninsula College. After completion of this degree, I decided to pursue nursing as a career and completed the vocational nursing program at Hartnell College. Since beginning college, I have primarily worked in the field of customer service, which allows me to easily communicate with clients and patients and connect with individuals on more than a superficial level. Following completion of the vocational nursing program at Hartnell, I passed my NCLEX exam and began working for a private medical office specializing in dermatology. It is here that I share a special relationship with our patients and enjoy seeing them return for their routine exams. I have been recognized for my gentle touch and lighthearted sense of humor by multiple patients while working here. I continue to work here to this day, and am looking forward to move forward in the field of nursing whether it be continued through dermatology or another field of nursing.
