• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding• Manage HR related activities, including staffing compensation, managing records, payroll, and employee relation• Reviews and recommends policy and procedure update in compliance with federal and state employment regulations• Administers various employee benefits programs including group medical/vision, dental, life and supplemental insurances. • Provide information and assistance to employees and the outside public via phone, email and or video conference on all activities involving Human Resources. • Ensure all performance reviews from all locations are organized, turned in on time and notify departments of any late/missing reviews.• Process, Schedule and monitor drug testing and background checks. Along with organizing all drug tests and background checks• Assist supervisor with new hire process. Explain benefits and prepare all enrollment forms. Ensure that all waiver forms. Files, organize and maintain new hire paperwork. • Assist all job applicants with technical support along with support about all other inquiries regarding the employment process• Assist HR Coordinator with duties such as recruitment, new hire onboarding, student programs, and teacher development workshops, etc.• Conduct new employee orientation and staff trainings as needed

• Source, assess, and screen qualified applicants through various channels to fill open school-based positions that completely satisfy the client requirements• Manage sales book to win new business, call leads to discuss open positions and career opportunities, take personal responsibility to meet productivity targets as defined by manager• Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements• Determine salaries based on multiple factors, along with negotiating salaries. Annually work on renewing contracts with current providers for years to come
