Current• Manage art production process for web and print based projects.• Artist for miscellaneous medical books.Artist- Responsible for creating new vector artwork for web and print based projects.- Preflight art: ensure that all created materials adhere to best practices and are print and web ready- Create drafts and proofs for customer and make revisions until the customer is pleased- Work on multiple projects in a given day to meet strict deadlinesCoordinator- Organize and coordinate several projects for multiple customers daily- Responsible for all customer relations and communications.- Ensure competition of artwork under tight deadlines.- Proofread and edit art to ensure that all work matches customer specifications and Best Practices- Develop new procedures to increase productivity and efficiency- Recruit and train new artists- Log and track art projects and ensure they stay within budget
