As a skilled network engineer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex network infrastructures, I am excited to apply my expertise to the role of a helpdesk technician.After successfully completing my apprenticeship in network engineering, I gained practical experience in configuring, monitoring, and securing network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. My technical skills include network builds, maintenance and upgrades; both virtually and physically, as well as both remote/onsite troubleshooting of various network/software issues. A portfolio of work is available upon request, which was completed during 2 separate apprenticeships - demonstrating the skills I have learnt and putting them into practice.As a helpdesk technician, I have demonstrated my ability to deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. My strong communication skills, coupled with my technical knowledge, have enabled me to guide customers through complex technical problems and ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided.I am a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. I am comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and I always aim to exceed expectations.
