I completed a BCS Level 3 apprenticeship in IT through QA in July 2020 and am currently working as a Second Line Helpdesk Technician at Everything Tech, promoted from First Line in Jan 2022. Throughout my employment I have gained a vast range of knowledge and troubleshooting skills in things such as Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 apps, Windows Desktops, Azure, G Suite, MacOS, and have experience with a wide range of 3rd party apps, both mainstream and bespoke. The environment is extremely fast paced so I have rapidly developed my skills, both technically and in terms of workload/priority management. My customer service skills have also rapidly advanced through a variety of mediums to liaise with customers who have issues and my primary focus is on getting people back up and running ASAP.Prior to this, I worked at Pall Mall Medical as an IT apprentice from September 2018 to April 2019. During my apprenticeship at Pall Mall Medical, I was doing on-site training at Estio Training in Manchester. Here, I achieved my MTA in Cloud Fundamentals and the Networking Fundamentals MTA. At QA apprenticeships I achieved another MTA, in Mobility and Device Fundamentals, and the BCS qualification, Coding and Logic.
