Advise, design and implement – R&D and Innovation Lab, Certification Process.- Project manager and Working group member for European CE Normalization Guidelines Technical Committee (Impact Abrasion)- Contribute to collections and product development by ensuring products meet all relevant regulations, policies and procedures within the company, EU and internationally.- Manage quality in collections, season-after-season through coordinating the areas of compliance and certification

End-to-end design and manufacturing of textiles and personal protection equipment for Petrochemical, oil and gas.- Manage business operations: Oversee plant manager(s) – 3 apparel plants of 150-200 operators (PPE safety wear and denim) and Manager of multi-disciplinary teams: 5 FTE at HQ and 20 FTE on-site back office team at manufacturing plants, India- Digital project: Implemented digital transformation in operation documentation management, ECM, PMS, ERP and manufacturing set-up to develop leaner and agile manufacturing process- Travel extensively to India on the strategic development of demand-responsive manufacturing plants, then managed on-site/off-site production- Manage sales operations, Internal sales: Forecasts, planning, purchasing, order management, sourcing, procurement- Establish multi-disciplinary teams of 5 FTE in Rotterdam HQ and 20 FTE including the management team, in India- Guide and manage reorganization throughout the company's supply chain and at factories (3 plants)- Change project: Internal strategy and change consultant, Realized / managed reorganization in supply chain turnaround (HQ and factories abroad on-site in diverse socio-economic setting), to create demand-responsive lean agile operation processes and plant set-up.The result of the project was a turnaround / scale-up: growth from 1 to 3 factories with ~200 FTE operators per plant including hiring, firing, creating diversity and empowering HR groups; improving quality, output, efficiency, morale and employee retention.
