Co-led the B.L.A.C.K. Employee Affinity Group's Anti-Racism Work Stream to drive initiatives to help make Save the Children US an anti-racist organization.

Point person for the Workforce Working Group, which is aimed at ensuring that Save the Children US is recruiting and retaining a diverse group of employees while building equity and inclusion in staff promotion and development practices. In 2018, the Workforce Working Group successfully advocated that Save the Children U.S. switch from an unpaid to paid internship program to attract a more diverse group of interns beginning in fall 2019.

Managed the Student Ambassador Program, which is comprised of over 100 outstanding high school and college students across 13 states with a dedicated passion for advocating on behalf of children across the U.S. and around the world. Developed training materials and advocacy toolkits in support of our campaigns; regular phone and email communications with all Student Ambassadors. Supported students in their advocacy efforts on campus and in their communities. Tracked advocacy actions in SCAN's active states. Contributed to outreach and logistical planning for the annual Advocacy Summit and integrated student attendees into the conference programming.

Developed outreach materials and managed grasstops reporting for issue advocacy campaigns.

Analyzed relevant bills, creating one-pagers for internal and external dissemination; created daily news clips with articles pertaining to current political priorities; scheduled twenty lobby meetings for fifteen Student Advisory Board members, coordinating with congressional staff and developing briefing packets and leave-behind folders.

Established campus chapter at the University of Alabama; represented the school at the 2014 and 2015 ONE Power Summits in Washington, D.C.; and coordinated annual philanthropy concerts.
