I have over 10 years professional experience in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement through Canada Post Corporation's Internal Audit and Process Engineering functions and I'm thrilled to be a part of the CHEO team supporting the organization in achieving our goals and to assist in removing the barriers and obstacles in the way of providing the very best possible care with children, youth and families.

Manages the Commercial Mail product portfolio (Lettermail, Addressed Admail, Publications Mail, Unaddressed Admail and Business Reply Mail). My responsibilities include ensuring the products generate maximum financial contribution while meeting market needs (i.e. product simplification / extension, cost reduction, pricing integration, etc.)

Responsible for the facilitation and training of our Lean Six Sigma Programs and tools and the support and lead of process improvement initiatives.
