    Canada Research Chair (Tier II) on Gender, Security, and the Armed Forces: As part of Dr. von Hlatky's CRC research project comparing Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) implementation at different international organizations, I am the NATO lead. In the process of studying the unintended consequences and norm-building of NATO's WPS implementation, I have developed literature reviews, fact sheets, document coding, and given presentations on the subject. In October 2021, I travelled to the NATO HQ in Brussels to assist in interviewing civilian and military officials regarding WPS.
