As a career adviser, I help our clients to establish a long term vision for themselves and their career. As a business development account manager, I establish relationships with transportation companies and help to build a skill pipeline of qualified candidates to fill their employment needs. Recently, we have been able to send clients through CDL-A and Diesel Mechanic training. We also plan to have driver management courses and aerospace courses as well.

I moved from Driver Recruiter to Recruitment Specialist where I assist in hiring all internal employees. I moved to this position from Driver Recruiter where I was interviewing and hiring truck drivers. I also help to design employee fitness programs and events related to employee health and wellness.

I taught Zumba for the Saint John Hospital's health club since Sept 2010, Mustang Fitness in Oologah, OK since January 2011, and LinkAmerica since December 2010

I taught fitness habits to young people ages ranging from about 6-17 in the ShapeDown program. I also taught Zumba and water aerobics to mostly the senior crowd. I loved my time at Saint Francis! Such wonderful people.

I helped to educate the young adult and unemployed populations about their career & education goals. I spread information about the benefits and programs available to them at Tulsa Tech.
