I was a team member in the warehouse receiving department. Received shipments, took full count inventory of the shipment and made corrections. Oversaw daily and weekly audits. Performed daily inventory counts and responsible to handle merchandise using heavy machinery. Conducted various clerical procedures and assessed multiple department workloads. Trained and helped direct new hires.Managers often seek my help with special tasks, problem solving or forecasting.

The wireless company was expanding and recruiting for a new location set out on the west side of Columbus. I was hired to be a cashier. I took on responsibilities to perform sales and customer service. Promoted to key-holder where I oversaw the store's open and closing procedures. Duties include counting tills, preparing the nightly bank deposits, full access to the safe and safe room. Promoted to Inventory representative where I took on more responsibility to manage the entire store's inventory. Initiated daily box count, sending and receiving shipments, data entry, auditing, and end-of-month full physical inventory count.
