Technical leader and developer of a real-time, high performance, telemetry application, responsible for tracking, collecting and analising events on transport vehicles (such as travel and urban buses), to improve the overall operation cost by optimising fleet management, passengers control, that can also provide API access to collected information to 3rd party transport companies.Our system contains an embedded software, installed directly on the vehicles, which sends all the event to our internal systems composed by:- Message system using Golang, RabbitMQ and MongoDB for data processing and Postgres DB to store the final data.- Restful API written in PHP 7.3 to manage internal configuration and expose the processed data to the front-end.- WebUI with VueJS SPA that connects to the PHP API in order to generate graphics, charts, statistics, and real-time tracking.- To Devops stuff like monitoring and deployment, I implemented elastic stack for observability and CICD with bitbucket pipelines.
