At Communities United, Inc. I was responsible for managing a $250,000 grant from The Department of Early Education and Care and all programs that coincided. With this responsibility I was able to create a budget and build a formidable series of programs, events and networks that maximized outcomes.

Through this experience I was able to assist in the execution of several high-status events including The Mission Hill Road Race with over 1000 participants. I also worked with local organizations to collaborate and create mutual opportunities for success.

At Baltic Trail Engineering, I worked with the Accounting and Marketing team to build a strong culture based on analytics. I worked with the administrative team to redesign our website and to create recruiting materials. I also ran marketing reports and headed a project to decrease liability by filtering certificates of insurance from vendors.

Supreme Industries is a 30-year-old company with over 100 employees. Here I worked as an administrative assistant while shadowing the CFO. I was also able to experience the creation of Quantum Biopower, a new company founded by Kevin Boucher of Supreme Industries.
