• A company that is managing 320 residential units in Berlin • Receiving payments from tenants and transferring them to the landlord, setting off commissions and management fees.• Contacting tenants that fail to pay and in charge of collection• Receiving all communications between the two agents in an orderly system• Opening trust accounts for landlords with banks in Berlin• Managing 15 employees in the company: sales personnel, graphic design, finance, signing the employment contract with them, • A monthly report to the payroll accountant as to sick leave days and vacation days of the employees• Intake and departure of employees, and helping with recruitment, distribution of payroll slips • Responding to the employees of the company in questions about the payroll • A monthly report about the outgoing and incoming invoices of the company

• receiving incoming calls from Israeli clients and providing service for the clearing services• Contacting business and private clients and handling malfunctions • Investigation and follow-up on fictitious client accounts and fraud prevention• Teamwork with 30 client account managers
