The distinction between a job and a purpose is profound: one is about earning a living, while the other is about finding fulfillment. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a revelatory period for many, myself included, uncovering true passions and aspirations.Despite my academic background in Marketing and Sales, I've discovered my genuine passion lies at the intersection of this field with my commitment to sustainability in electronics. Over the past four years, I've immersed myself in board-level electronics repair, acquiring substantial knowledge and a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the discipline. My work primarily involves lead-free BGA rework, replacing SMD components, and, crucially, diagnostics.I am driven to synthesize these technical skills with my marketing degree, aiming to serve as a vital bridge between the technical department and marketing and sales teams. To fulfill this vision, I am pursuing a master's degree in Business Process Engineering and Management. This education will empower me to make a meaningful impact in the industry, championing the cause of sustainable electronics and contributing to a more eco-conscious world.
