Baodao Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital is an international high-end healthcare hospital cooperated by Beijing and Taiwan.Key Responsibilities：1.Department management: in charge of CEO Office, Human Resource Department, General Affairs Department, Information Technology Department and Division of Food Service with more than 120 employees.2.Program management: to executive annul administrative budget management, drug and medical equipment purchasing, human resource management, quality control circle activities, and hospital information system establishment.3.Committee chairman: to host Patient Safety Committee, Medical Supply Management Committee, Crisis Management Committee, Occupational Safety and Health Committee, Human Resource Evaluation Committee and Information Management Committee.4.To assist hospital group to assess hospital acquisition plans for initial public offerings.

I’m in charge of CEO Office and Patient Service Center. I also oversee the progress in implementation of annul patient safety and hospital service policy to enhance hospital’s medical service competitiveness.I successfully lead the hospital to achieve the first accredited international hospital in China by Joint Commission of Taiwan in 2015. This achievement raises hospital prestige in private hospitals, which also reported by China and Taiwan media. Key Responsibilities:1.Annual healthcare quality policy planning and implementation: to set up patient safety goals, standard of procedures audition, quality management indicators, and incident-reporting system. And the hospital was passed international hospital accreditation by Joint Commission of Taiwan in 2015. 2.Patient service management: to optimize outpatient flow and inpatient ward service care. And to implement patient satisfaction survey monthly to reduce process variation. 3.Administration: to coordinate Chinese and Taiwanese board of directors’ business. And cooperate with Taiwan Joint Commission to develop hospital accreditation standards for Chinese hospitals.

Cathay General Hospital is a medical center located in the center of Taipei. I’m work for CEO office, and responsible for the Ministry of Health and Welfare related business such as Hospital Accreditation, Mission of Medical Center, Emergency and Critical Care Accreditation, Symbol of National Quality, and WHO Health Promoting Hospital. All of these work contents ask strong management and communication skill to intergrade different specialties to achieve hospital’s objectives. In these periods, I’m in charge every mission’s preparations and got brilliant results, which strengthen medical center’s competitiveness in Taiwan. Therefore, I have been promoted twice and got Employee of the year in four years, these achievements were acknowledged by hospital. Key Responsibilities:1.Lead hospital accreditation team: to account for planning hospital and teaching hospital accreditation relevant businesses. 2.Government project management: to prepare for evaluation of Fifth Missions of Medical Center, Emergency and Critical Care Hospital, Symbol of National Quality, and WHO Health Promotion Hospital.3.Administration of emergency and critical care management committee: to responsible for information collection, data analysis, and policy-making suggestions.

A People in Action (PIA) is a Leeds based organization which was established in 1983. PIA is working with and on behalf of people with learning disabilities and difficulties, their families and careers to provide a wide range of social, leisure, education, training and employment opportunities and choices to maximize their potential and quality of life.I had four weeks internship as a consultant in the People in Action, when I was studying in the University of Leeds. In these period, I completed The report for A Review of People in Action’s strategy on Social Enterprise. The report is to review PIA enterprises community interest company(CIC ) strategy and recommend areas for strength the strategy. The report employed literature review and data collection to establish evaluation framework in order to evaluate CIC’s activates. Therefore, the recommendation was made by finding of analysis which is the results of evaluate PIA and PIA Enterprises CIC’s official data.

The Joint Commission of Taiwan (JCT) is an organization established in 1999 funding by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan Hospital Association, Taiwan Non-government Hospitals and Clinics Association, and Taiwan Medical Association. JCT has qualified to become a professional accrediting organization which is certified by the International Society for Quality in Health Care Ltd. (ISQua)I'm work for Accreditation Division and key responsibilities as follows:1.Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Institution Accreditation Program: to develop accreditation policy, analyze accreditation results, and publish annual accreditation report for the Ministry of Health and Welfare. There were 39 and 77 community psychiatric rehabilitation institutions had accredited by this program in 2006 and 2007.2.Hospital and Teaching Hospital Accreditation Program: to plan annual accrediting schedule for applicant hospitals, and to assist the Ministry of Health and Welfare in developing the hospital accreditation policy and publishing annual accreditation relevant documents. There were 205 and 129 hospitals had accredited by this program in 2004 and 2005.3.Institution Review Boards On-site Survey Project: to assist the Ministry of Health and Welfare to develop surveying guideline and plan survey schedule for all institution review boards in 2005.From 2004-2007, my participant on-site survey experiences of healthcare facility included 1 Medical Centre, 6 Regional Hospitals, 37 District Hospitals, 11 Mental Hospitals, 8 Institution Review Boards and 17 Psychiatric Rehabilitation Institutions. Therefore, I have rich experience to organise survey process for different type medical institutions, and to analyse their quality management mode.
