CurrentProviding Project Management support for The Department of Community Health (DCH Department) as they transform the Georgia Medicaid Management Information System (GAMMIS) through an initiative known as the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation (MEST). Support consists of developing and maintaining PMO schedules and status reports, managing document repositories, supporting project/vendor onboarding, and guiding Project Managers on program expectations, standards, and toolkits.Served as the Product Owner of the Academy, a subsidiary organization within North Highland, aiming to upskill entry-level employees while cultivating an inclusive and adaptive environment through event planning and mass communication updates. Managed event planning and budget resources for five hubs (Philadelphia, Charlotte, Atlanta, Portland, and Nashville) to incentivize in-person interactions focuses on culture cultivation and progressive learning opportunities. Served as the leading team member on the culture team, focusing on facilitating listening tours to gather and analyze data regarding employee satisfaction and interaction with upper management. Provided six recommendations to Leadership to improve the quality of employees' experience aimed to shift narratives surrounding the importance of including employees' opinions on enterprise changes. Collaborated with Acadia Healthcare to drive implementations of WellSky, converting paper medical records to electronic ones across ten acute hospitals. Provided Project and Change Management services that enhanced internal processes, expanded Super and End User training through data collection and validation, & provided on-site support for Go-Live, including application guidance and troubleshooting.
