Created and drove new agile processes for product deployment for global IOT customers.• Drove network platform launches so car manufacturers to deploy a single hardware SKU globally and automatically connect to the Verizon network in the U.S. Launched the project on time, leading the network schedule for integrating platforms with customers and vendors that resulted in major customer wins. • Led deployment of an industry first centimeter accurate location platform.• Transitioned ongoing projects from waterfall to agile as ScrumMaster. Reduced cycle time, increased transparency at all levels of the organization, and eliminated duplicate processes.

Led a team of Product Engineers building new mobile payments and identity verification products.• Created the Softcard in-store mobile wallet, from proof of concept to launch. Scaled Softcard to millions of users, improving customer activation time by 50%, and driving operational improvements to meet customer SLAs. Led initiative with GSM Association and payment networks to significantly reduce SIM card costs by simplifying certification. Obtained executive approval to extend the wallet platform with transit and security use cases.• Developed the Identity Platform used for Verizon’s new advertising business unit. Improved the ad targeting system to cover the entire customer base, from 90% to five nines availability, and ensured opt-out and opt-in compliance by automatically detecting failures. • Extended the Identity Platform to include authentication, KYC, online payments and anti-fraud, resulting in significant new revenue. Ensured launched products exceeded SLAs working with vendors, partners, and internal technology stakeholders to drive product quality.• Integrated the solution to reduce call center fraud and spam, using network data. Collected enterprise customer identity and anti-fraud needs and matched them with capabilities. Wrote technical requirements for collecting call signaling data at scale from the network. Developed technical product roadmap, selected vendors, obtained funding, and created network design for solution launch. • Delivered new commerce, identity and advertising concepts with detailed use cases and technical designs. Built a team of designers and technologists to build prototypes by partnering with startups and integrating them into the Verizon network. Specified the architecture and technical requirements for new FiOS TV services.• Designed five new services that take advantage of the FiOS network, maximizing revenue opportunities through deep market knowledge. Services included multi-screen video streaming, personal video recorder in the cloud, video content delivery network, competitive video quality monitoring system, and telemedicine services. Delivered requirements, architectures and business cases on time to move each service towards a successful launch.

Led the team of software developers building the web user experience, API and partner integration for the SuperPages.com local business search engine.• Transformed a $4B business from print to digital, launching the largest online business directory, the first mobile nationwide business directory and industry first pay-per-click local advertising driving $100M+ in new revenue.
