In my 3rd and last rotation in 3Shape’s graduate program I am working as a Product Manager in our TRIOS Software team.- Understanding our customers to make sure we are building the right things- Translating the overall business strategy to concrete product improvements- Working closely with our engineers as a Product Owner, prioritizing tasks, maintaining backlog, etc.

In my second rotation of 3Shape's Graduate Program, I was a part of our TRIOS & Scanner division in R&D. As an Associate Project Manager I was a part of developing an industry leading Interoral Scanner.Medical Device Project Management, Design Control, MDR, Regulatory Strategy, Budgeting, Stakeholder Management.

In my first rotation I was an Associate Project Manager in R&D Operational Excellence & Support. Here i was part of a larger organizational change project in our Research & Development organization. My main tasks in this project were analysis and implementation of agile methodologies, general process improvements, and facilitation of R&D-wide knowledge sharing events.3Shape develops 3D scanners and software solutions that enable dental and hearing professionals to treat more people, more effectively and with superior care. Working as a Product Manager in close collaboration with customers and user of the Airwallet platform.- Translating user & customer needs to technical implementations for our development team.- Using user research to make better UX decisions- Improving the customer journey for owners of the Airwallet system- Working with Airwallet's intellectual property rights, mainly patent strategy

- Market research to assist Airwallet in identifying new markets and potential distributors in international markets. - Doing the initial sales work and onboarding of new distributors.- Business developmentI especially gained knowledge on how to approach new international distributors - in this case by travelling to Netherlands, Belgium, & Finland. Furthermore, it taught me a lot about the complexity of introducing a novel technology in a mature industry.

- Representing Product Development & Innovation (PDI) to interested parties.- facilitating Innovation Workshops to young people from technical educations.- Giving new student an insight into PDI.

- Preparing and teaching 1st semester students in “Materials & Processes” and “Statics in Mechanics”- Helping students with difficult assignments, their homework and preparation for the exams.
