During the time span, some of the prioritized responsibilities have been covid handling (advising members, protection of interests) a financial turnaround (from operating profit of -4 million DKK in 2019 to +6 million in 2021 DKK), acquisition of property, insourcing of a subsidiary and a number of major development projects (among others start-up of new local associations; fundraising; public affairs). Kontrapunkt is the leading Scandinavian design agency. I was a partner at Kontrapunkt and additionally member of the board and director of the digital organization. We worked for a number of the leading digital brands in Denmark, including Nemlig.com, Kino.dk, Billetlugen.dk and Saxo.com.

In my spare time, I taught and advised students, mainly within digital strategy, social software and concept development. It's a spare time job that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

FDB is one of Denmarks largest membership organizations with 1.7 million members. I was head of the digital department. Our goal was to create a strong digital presence through social and digital media, strengthening ties with our members and the surrounding society.Over the two and a half years, I worked at FDB, we more than six-doubled the reach of our digital channels, including samvirke.dk and viskalspise.dk.
