I've been working with IMCI through other business channels since 2022. I was invited to be an Associate Consultant in spring 2024. I am consulting on different projects for funding. Nothing below $20M, but you can bundle funding needs to accumulate the $20M threshold. There are no limits to what may be brought to the table, from A&D to M&A and any industry you can imagine. My primary focus is development funding, as it is a great source of fuel for my residential lending team. I have many contacts in various industries, and much like residential lending, I am blessed to see dreams come true in this funding channel on a broad scale.

Originated and closed mortgage loans. Primarily writing FHA refinance loans at that time, due to the economic climate. I had navigated the commercial lending world as well.

Cottonwood Heights, Utah

I managed half of the Retail Operations Department in originating and funding mortgage loans, reporting to the VP of Retail. We wrote FHA, Conv, Non-Conf, Hard Money, ect. Our wholesale channel was in the same building as retail. I would often troubleshoot through loan scenarios or issues, with operations, together. The culture at Spectrum was incredible! Many hearts broke when they had to close their doors, due to a substantial margin call.

Managed a team of 8 AMAZING Loan Officers. Assisted in trouble shooting difficult scenarios. Calling on clients with Loan Officers, in efforts to talk them through the loan process or documentation that was needed. Motivated and empowered Loan Officers with knowledge of the industry, as well as refueling their enthusiasm for the tasks at hand. I consistently led our team by example, with my passion for the mortgage lending industry! * I was promoted to this position very quickly (and at a young age) because I had been closing 50% of the entire office's volume, consistently. And our branch team had 8 Loan Officers. When I was promoted to the Sales Manager role, our branch volume nearly doubled.
