As the facilities/Real Estate officer I oversee a branch network with a footprint of 47 branches and over 100 ATM's across the country. My roles include but are not limited to the following: Repairs and Maintenance – I am in charge of the repairs and maintenance of the all the buildings owned by Atlas Mara which include 47 branches, Head Office and 115 ATMs. It is my role to ensure that Generators, Water pumps, Inverters, Air conditioning units are in good working condition.  Collection and Payment of Rentals – For the properties that are owned by the bank, I do the invoicing and collection of rentals as well as quarterly reconciliation of the rent receivable account. For properties rented by the bank I receive the invoices and ensure that they are loaded and paid within 7 days. Lease management – I draft all the leases for Atlas Mara ensuring that all leases are signed and if need be, registered with the ministry of lands. Transport and Logistics – I manage the transport and logistics for the bank. My role is to manage the transport needs for the bank and to ensure that the vehicles are road worthy. I handle the registration of vehicles, fitness and insurance. I ensure that vehicles are serviced immediately service falls due. Under vehicle management, I do the insurance claims through the brokers in events of accidents. Construction of Branches - I am part of the team that works on all bank construction projects. My role is to help in appointment of project manager, evaluate bids from contractors, select contractors and monitor projects to completion. During my time, we have successfully managed to build the following branches:1. Lusaka Main2. Zambezi3. Mwinilunga 4. Kitwe Main branch 5. Industrial Branch6. Various ATM installationsRepairs and Maintenance of Office Equipment7. I manage the repair and maintenance of office equipment, which include note counters, printers, scanners, photocopiers and all ancillary equipment
