I am a highly motivated, results oriented professional with skills and experience in project Cycle Management gained over the last ten years. I have provided leadership, coordinated, collaborated and partned with communities, civil society organizations, Government departments and donors in implementing programmes and projects that promote sustainable development in various communities in Uganda in a holistic manner; promotion peoples well-being through strengthening house hold incomes, health, livelihood food security, water and sanitation. I have provided leadership and technical support to local and international staff, and distributors in ensuring that objectives of Dynapharm International are met in a timely manner. In liaison with Dynapharm International Malaysia and Philippines teams, I have ensured timely production and shipment of goods and services which have promoted the health well-being and house hold incomes of over 15,000 distributors in Madagascar, their families and clients in the last 10 years.I coordinated, facilitated and managed planning processes, provided leadership in implementation of programs that addressed children, parents/guardians and community needs: HIV&AIDs, Health, Water and sanitation, Education, Shelter, food security and sponsorship management in collaboration with other partners. I possess conceptual and analytical competencies with a proven experience in designing and implementing programmes with a high degree of efficiency, integrity and timeliness while meeting deadlines.
