Total number of office instructions grew from 2 to 11 grade A&B buildings with earnings from leasing rising from an annual average of USD 5,000 to USD 40,000 during his tenure as HOD.Moses reported directly to the Divisional Director and was responsible for all investor account management aspects for more than ten developers drawn from institutions and individuals.All the other collateral responsibilities that come with leadership positions remained unchanged.

Working in collaboration with Retail Leasing Team we were able to track important issues relating to tenants, leases, maintenance & financial performance of properties/malls in our portfolio.

Moses' new role here included advising the Group CEO on office leasing performance periodically and so much more.ACHIEVEMENTS• Growing the commercial portfolio from 3 projects to 18 with a staggering average annual income of USD 180,000.• Creating and monitoring marketing campaigns for more than 18 commercial projects. • Presiding over 6 Property Management instructions and attaining record levels of retention. • Training 25 new talents within Commercial Department on Lease structuring, Lease administration, Tenant mixing and Investor relations.• Liaising with all investors (18) with respect to performance of their portfolios on a monthly and quarterly basis. He was also involved in monitoring staff KPI's in coordination with HRM and CFO to identify areas of recognition, promotion or improvement.
