Current* Responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. * Employee Relations: I manage employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances. * Training and Development: I identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. This helps employees grow within their roles and prepares them for future responsibilities.* Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. I also ensure that compensation packages are competitive and align with the organization's budget and objectives.* Performance Management: implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate performance improvement plans when necessary.* Legal Compliance: I ensure that the organization complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. They stay informed about changes in labor laws and update policies and practices accordingly to mitigate legal risks.* Employee Engagement and Retention: Promote employee engagement and retention by implementing initiatives such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and opportunities for career.* HR Administration: Responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and overseeing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
