Verizon Wireless Consolidation Project Manager for the cell site consolidation of one 5E/ECP into another and the ultimate decommissioning of a 5E/ECP MSC. I strategize with Ericsson and Alcatel vendors on design efforts to cluster test Voice, EVDO and LTE in preparation to rehome the cell sites. I travel between offices to coordinate team efforts . The team is comprised of various Transport, Operations, System Performance, E911, Translations, Implementation, Facilities, NNO, RF Engineering and Non-Network groups such as Revenue Assurance, Code administration etc. I also prepare and review Method of Procedure (MOP) for cut over and cluster testing.

I travel extensively to oversee and field engineer vendor equipment installation of various network elements for T-Mobile's 4G Network and the subsequent removals of imbedded legacy 2G and 3G equipment. I work closely with NFE&I Facility Engineers on LTE and NextGen equipment deployment into the MSO as well as power plant additions and replacement, generator upgrades and replacements, HVAC installations and all elements of Facility engineering within the MSO. I also interact with Transport engineering and telecom service providers for SONET Optical Ring diversity within the TMOB network. Part of this overall responsibility involves Method of Procedure (MOP) reviews, quality audits and implementation of vendor compliance with GR1275 and Telecom, State and engineering standards. I am proficient with HOMER, Granite, Remedy, AutoCAD, Oracle TIRKS and various other software applications.
