Moses is a Software Engineer who leads, creates, delivers and implement innovative technology solutions for digital transformation and development in Africa. He has developed, maintained and implemented Open Source Software and DPG projects in emerging markets.He is also a digital transformation and ICT4D expert with expertise in leading, promoting awareness and advocating for the integration and adoption of digital tools and technology (using Digital Principles) (in both the private and public sectors) to achieve the UN sustaiable development goals (SDGs), and accelerate digital transformation efforts of Countries, Governments and private sector to digital economy. He has over the years contributed to the development of Digital Transformation Strategies, Tech-related legal frameworks (Acts,Polices, Regulations), Data Protection and privacy, cyber security, Digital Identity, CRVS, Financial Inclusion strategies etc....amongst others.He currently works for the Government of Sierra Leone as an Expert in Civil Registration,Vital Statistics, and Digital Identity, where he digitize Civil Registration and Identity Management, integrates and promotes responsible use of Digital ID and ICT for effective Services delivery and improve access to services by the population of the country. He also implements and contributes to Digital Transformation and EGov Projects, Digital Development Strategies & Policies; Digital Identity, Civil Registration and Vital Statistics; Develop National Legal Framework/Policies....etc.Over the years, Moses has founded and led multiple startups and initiatives utilizing ICT & Entrepreneuship to better accommodate and address the growing demand of customers in different sectors and areas with specialized/specific solutions and services.He has specialties in ICT4D, Digital Principles, Digital Identity, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Custom Software Development/Engineering; IT project planning, Implementation and Management; Fintech, HealthTech, EdTech, AgTech, Business and management, Digital related strategy development, Policy and Legal Framework development, knowledge sharing etc. As a researcher, Moses' current research interests covers Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Vision, Data Science, Digital Identity, Biometrics, Healthtech, Blockchain, Open Source/DPGs, Machine/Deep Learning, Autonomous/self driving Vehicle Systems and CRVS, digital transformation & ICT4D amongst others.Moses belives in the effective and appropriate use of ICT to transform the world for the better.
