Manager- Protection And Focal Education In EmergencyCaritas Bangladesh Sep 2018 - Dec 2022Cox'S BazarI was working with ‘Caritas Bangladesh’ since September 2018 to December 2022 as ‘Manager- Protection and Focal Education’ under Emergency Response Program (ERP) to implement three protection projects in Rohingya Camps at Cox’s Bazar, focused on ‘Education for Rohingya Children and Youth’ (in collaboration and technical support of Libraries Without Borders- BSF), ‘Inclusive Child Protection (Multi-purpose Children and Adolescent Centre)’, ‘Gender-Based Violence- GBV (Multi-purpose Women and Girls Centre)’ ‘Community-Based Protection (general protection including Family Wellbeing and Family Planning)’, Mostly, responsible for developing Project Proposal, persuade the donor to funding, respond to the queries of the donor, Government approval, as well as reporting to the donor and the Government authorities. I was working with AHP Consortium at Cox’s Bazar. I was the Safeguarding and PSEA Focal for the organization for separate duration and acting as the Protection Mainstreaming Focal for Protection Sector.
