Electronics Engineer (Stood 2nd in order of merit under Bangladesh Technical Education Board from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute as per the result held on 11th January, 1977). I started my professional life by joining in Bangladesh Television, Rampura, Dhaka in 1978 and developed my proficiency in repairing, maintenance, circuit layout, installation procedure of different Television Studio Equipments, Control room Equipments (Large type video Camera, Camera control equipments, 16mm & 35mm Projectors, VTR, VCR, VCP etc.), Television Transmitting Equipments and Microwave Equipments, Microwave communication systems. I developed my skills on Electronic Circuit Analysis, developments, fault findings, repairing and associated services. Afterwards I have worked on Medical Equipments in Siemens Bangladesh, Printing Equipments in Padma Printers and Office Equipments in Universal Business Machines Ltd. After developing my proficiency in streamlining business processes I started my own business in 1988 under the banner "Trade Linkers" here in Dhaka and formed a Limited Company in 1992. The company has selected as the "SOLE DISTRIBUTOR" in Bangladesh by "SHARP CORPORATION" Japan in the same year to sale and to provide service of their Office Equipments (BED Products) viz. Photocopier, Fcsimile, Cash Register, Calculator, Multimedia Projector, etc. A versatile and creative leader with business development background and over 25 years of successful management and leadership experience, carrying a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. A pragmatic and focused individual recognized for “making seemingly impossible situations work".Customer Service and Customer Relation Management:I am expertise in Operations Management and Customer Service Operations.
