Key Responsibilities:• Regularly report to the Manager-Supply Chain, ensuring seamless communication channels.• Oversee and optimize ordering, packaging, inventory, and the holistic manufacturing process.• Collaborate with the material planner (import or local) to ensure material availability, mitigating any risks of stock-outs.• Foster smooth communication with vendors and buyers, facilitating an uninterrupted supply chain.• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting initiatives at an organizational level.• Ensure ample stock levels to meet buyer demand by monitoring planned and actual raw material consumption. • Collaborate with personnel, various departments, senior management, and decision-makers, facilitating information exchange and issue resolution.• Assure the provision of high-quality service, assistance, and information to every user.• Administer inventory and logistics with a strategic approach.• Scrutinize and authorize supplier invoices, maintaining financial accuracy.• Generate monthly internal operations reports, providing insightful analysis.• Source and procure raw materials and packing materials locally.• Manage the sales and inventory ERP software effectively. • Assess supplier capabilities to meet quality and delivery standards, actively tracking and evaluating their performance. Collaborate with other departments to identify and assess potential new suppliers.• Negotiate prices for raw materials and delivery with suppliers and vendors.• Contribute as part of a team in coordinating product line extensions or supporting new product development for buyers, including tasks such as collecting samples and quality checks.
