- Involved in the recruitment, interview, screening workshops and training seminars for Israeli emissary (shlichim) candidates pursuing summer employment in North America as camp staff and specialists.- Collaborate with JAFI employees to execute a four-day training seminar in Israel for 1,200 shlichim and international camp directors, including preparing seminars on American culture and summer camp, workshops on best counselor practices, assimilating into new communities and working within international organizations.- Oversee logistics at training seminar, ensuring smooth arrival of International camp directors as well as coordinating schedules and developing special events.
