Management of the Finance Department (4 employees) and responsibility on the Distribution Department (4 employees) in a matrix organization under the S&M General Manager, the R&D General Manager and the Corporate abroad:• Total Financial Administration of the companies (see details following).• Budget Administration of the Marketing and R&D Plans.• Budget plan and control of the new Laboratories & Warehouses Yavne site.• Supply Chain and Inventory administration.• Customer’s orders administration.• Purchasing.• IT/IS.

Management of 7 people in the Finance Department :• Monthly Financial Reports to corporate headquarters.• Annual Operation Plan and its Quarterly and Monthly Rolling Forecast.• Actual vs. Budget tracking and reports.• Costing management (Std and Vars.).• Statutory Annual reports and Tax returns.• Tax planing (including Approved Enterprises).• Treasury management.• Leading the Israeli Shared Services, which includes Bookkeeping and current statutory reports.• Group’s Insurance and Risk management. • Integration of Financial Systems (Oracle Finance) • Integration of finance-related ERP issues (Oracle Production Management) being part of the Supply-chain team.• Control of HR System (Oracle HRMS) and Payroll related issues• Control of Supply Chain issues in aspects of Material Planning, Warehouse Management, Distribution channel (Oracle OM, AR, INV, AP).• Special projects: Leaded the improvement process of the Monthly Financial Reporting Package (FRP) lead-time for the Israeli Shared Services, which resulted in a one-day reporting.Leading the company Planning Forum• Well experienced in day to day relation and cooperation with top-level Corporate Management (Geneva) including Corporate Legal, Treasury, Tax and Finance VP’s.
