Advising on the implementation of the Social Pinpoint engagement platform for the NNSWLHD.

I am currently an advisor to the Tweed Heads region of the Northern New South Wales Local Health District, the Mental Health Forum of the LHD, the LGBTQIASB+ Working Group, and the MH Forum Representative to the Community Partnership Advisory Council to the Board. This role has already seen me contributing to the development of the new $300M Tweed Valley Hospital, providing valuable insight into what is needed for our community. Alongside this, I bring unique lived experience of the mental health system in the region, and am able to represent those that are within the institution, and how it affects them.

I am the Mental Health Forum representative to the Community Partnership Advisory Council.

As the Pacific representative to the Climate Center, I am the voice for all Pacific nations young people within the strategy and continued operation of the Climate Center. This role has brought opportunities to talk to various leaders in climate across the globe, particularly in the LGBTQIASB+ space and migration space. I have been able to build connections with 9 countries and their current strategies surrounding climate, contributing to the increased transparency of IFRC in its partnerships with organisations.

Australian Red Cross Pride Network is a community focussed on improving the wellbeing, inclusion and sense of belonging of LGBTQIASB+ people in our organisation. Initially, I assisted in the role of National Communications Lead, coordinating quarterly newsletters and being a spokesperson for the network. Since then, I have been elected as Co-Chair, helping to improve our community precense, briding the gap between staff, members, volunteers and those outside of ARC.

The NSW Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is a governance committee of the Australian RedCross that supports the organisation through the planning and delivery of youth relatedcampaigns and events in NSW. I am currently the NSW YAC chair, NSW State Board youth representative, and NSW Representative on the National YAC.

In my capacity as the NSW representative to the National Youth Advisory Group at Australian Red Cross, I actively contribute to shaping and advancing the organization's youth-focused initiatives. My role involves not only providing a regional perspective but also participating in critical pieces of work such as governance restructuring and transformation, aimed at ensuring the long-term sustainability of Australian Red Cross for many years into the future. This work is pivotal in realigning our governance structure to meet the evolving needs of our organization and the communities we serve, while also securing our enduring commitment to our mission and goals.

As a youth representative, I provided a youth voice to all conversations around current initiatives and strategy movements and coordinated communications between the NSW Youth Advisory Committee and the NSW Divisional Advisory Board.

The NSW Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is a governance committee of the Australian RedCross that supports the organisation through the planning and delivery of youth relatedcampaigns and events in NSW. The NSW YAC is responsible for advising the NSW Board andsenior staff, designing and delivering youth engagement and mobilisation initiatives, andpromoting the work of Australian Red Cross. I am currently elected as the Lead National Youth Advisory Committee Representative, and Deputy International Humanitarian Law Representative.

Providing technical skills for use in communications of events and network engagement. Developed newsletters for volunteers, members and staff as well as on All Staff President newsletters. I also contributed to the development of the Terms of Reference on the LGBTQIA+ Network, and built educational opportunities for the network regarding LGBTQIA+ inclusion.In February of 2023, I will speak on behalf of Pride Network to a non-profit organisation on the importance of respect and inclusion in the workplace for the benefits of staff and clients alike.

As an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee Member at Southern Cross University within the Faculty of Health, I actively advocate for improved practices pertaining to equity, diversity, and inclusion for both students and staff. In this role, I engage in collaborative efforts to identify areas for enhancement, and I contribute to policy and process recommendations. Through these initiatives, I help foster a more inclusive and equitable environment within the faculty, ensuring that students and staff from all backgrounds are provided with the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

As the Consortium Youth Co-Chair at headspace Tweed, my role involves spearheading advocacy efforts by representing the voice of young people and facilitating meetings with executives from diverse local community organizations. My primary focus is on enhancing youth mental health in the region with the overarching goal of establishing a safer and more robust mental health system. Through these collaborative efforts, we aim to elevate the overall mental health outcomes within our communities.

As Youth Project Worker, I was a part of the community engagement team for the headspace Tweed Heads centre, and hold many unique responsibilites as part of the team. I haved developed, maintained, and created the social media strategy, plan and content for the headspace Tweed Heads center, focusing on content relating to youth mental health, and exploring new ways to engage young people.

The local headSpace Youth Advisory Group (YAG) is a group of young people who advise the headSpace centre on the development and advancement of mental health care to young people in the community through the implementation of new projects and programs. The YAG Members also assist in the hiring process and design of the centre to make sure a youth voice is at the forefront of the work headSpace does. This role also provides young people experience in out reach and advocacy work, providing insight into the inner workings of our headspace centre.

As a member of the Equality Committee for Rainbow Families, I assist their team in the development of reports, research, and advice to Federal and State parliament on LGBTQIASB+ rights and issues. I have been able to support the CEO to develop recommendations for the Medicare system, bringing light to issues such as high costs for hormone replacement therapy, the cost of fertility treatment for our communities, and surrogacy rights across Australia.

As the Team Lead at the Stay Safe Peer Project, I play a pivotal role in empowering young people to become educated in peer work. In this position, I oversee and guide the development, implementation, and coordination of outreach sessions where young peer educators collaborate with their communities to provide essential information and vital contacts related to mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and healthy relationships. My leadership and support are instrumental in equipping young individuals with the knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the well-being of their peers and foster healthier, more informed communities.

As LifeLink Operations Officer, I report to the LifeLink product owner, and assist in all operations of LifeLink emergency alarms; IT support, provisioning, distribution and warehouse stock management. Currently, I am assisting in the 3G to 4G rollover of emergency alarms, from brand new alarm to client's homes. This involves branding the alarm, recording assets in the company database, liasing with Telstra for SIM card activation, liasing with the reporting station with client details, requisitioning purhcase orders, and contacting elderly clients of the alarm upgrade, with some of the highest turnover rates in the team for dispatch times.

Voluntary role and commitment as a Safety Support Officer for designated IT sections of the Gold Coast Campus. Experience in identifying hazards and safety risks throughout the campus, and submitting appropriate forms and tickets through the correct channels to support the Work Health and Safety of the university..
