Defining and maintaining quality standards specific to the type of field sites under supervision, ensuring that work is carried out to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.• Conducting regular inspections of field sites to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to established standards.• Ensuring that safety protocols and regulations are followed rigorously at field sites to protect workers and the environment, also Identifying and mitigating risks associated with field site operations, including potential hazards and compliance issues.• Maintaining detailed records of site inspections, quality assessments, and acceptance criteria to track progress and compliance.• Collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure they meet quality and safety standardsalso ensuring that equipment and materials used at field sites meet quality and reliability standards.• Developing and implementing acceptance testing procedures to verify that field sites meet project specifications and requirements.• Investigating and resolving quality issues or deviations from standards encountered during field site operations also Coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to align quality objectives with project timelines and goals.• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in field site operations such as (AI, Machine learning & Drone).

• Manage Project Management database & Generate Project progress charts and cost reports.• Monitor, evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts.• Support forecast of time and cost problems by offering trending information.• Handle Project progress, milestone coordination and schedule tasks.• Submit monthly reports to Project Manager and support internal reports preparation.• Determine schedule, estimates and work scope to execute and complete deliverables within time and budget.• Analyze data, identify issues and recommend suitably.• Support cost control as per contractual procedures, objectives and requirements.• Execute schedule change management process to approve changes.• Release Invoices for completed projects.

• Responsible for Etisalat Egypt Network Quality in two regions.• Checking all Health and Safety work in field.• Experience in All vendor’s equipment standards.• Quality control and Quality Assurance • Test projects in accordance with written business and functional design documentation following established standards to ensure quality assurance.• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.• Network Audits and Performance Management.• Business Process Development and System Deployment.

• Execute Product Configuration and Integration work.• Review projects technically and prepare list of materials and technical documentations.• Ensuring that sites with full performance and has no alarms.• Operations & Maintenance, Operations Management, Network Configuration• Ensuring all civil works comply with STA drawing and Site Layout.• Prepare acceptance test and handover to customer.• Identify and drive improvements and Post Project activities perform.
