• Demonstrate technical competence and provide solutions to complex business challenges.• Analyze business and functional requirements and articulate technical solutions and ensure those get delivered by the project team.• Create, design, and maintain solution architecture documents at high quality standards.• Design the integration solution between EBS and the Talent management cloud application. • Serve as a subject matter expert and empower users to leverage HCM solutions to mature capabilities for stakeholders and employees.• Govern the integrations of global HCM solutions and their integration partners.• Research new technologies to optimize current solutions and scale them for the future adhering to IT architecture principles and applying industry best practices.• Develop end-user documentation and training materials as well as deliver end-user training.

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for all human capital management functions.• Mapping business requirements with seeded HRMS functionality and delivering gap analysis document. ‎• Implementation cycle documentation across project phases.‎• Re-Engineering/upgrading the existing HRMS implementation setup. ‎• Applying the organizational restructuring outcomes on the HRMS live system. ‎• Modifying and aligning Business requirements to adapt bestpractice solutions.‎
