• Develop 20 (3D) BIM models for various projects, ensuring accurate representation of design intent• Contribute with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate and resolve design conflicts through clash detection• Create 21 construction documents, including plans, sections, and details, using Revit and other BIM tools• Implement 15 BIM workflows and standards to enhance project efficiency and data management• Conduct 25 models reviews and provide feedback to project stakeholders to improve design quality• Assist in the development and implementation of 22 BIM projects execution plans• Assist in 15 clash detection processes and reporting, BIM quality control plans• Create BIM review procedure, construction sequencing and logistics (4D), cost estimation and scheduling (5D)

• Design and analyze structural systems for 30 commercial and residential buildings according to Saudi building code• Prepare 15 detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical specifications• Conduct 80% of site investigations and surveys to assess site conditions and constraints• Assist in the preparation of 80% of projects proposals, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments• Provide technical support during construction activities and resolve any design-related issue• Maintain effective communications with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements were met • Perform projects to more than 8 notable clients such as: Deraa Perfumes, Outlet Pharmacies,1k Coffee, Dawaa Al Salama Pharmacies, Al Wadi Store Markets, Najran Specialty Hospital, and Al-Drees Stations
