Manage all technical teams in (Smart Building Line Of Business ) who responsible for smart systems implementations for buildings, hotels or smart cities in Egypt, Saudi, Gulf and Africa such as Security systems , MATV, IPTV, Alarm Systems, Data & Voice, Audio/Visuals Systems controlled by Building Management system (BMS) via IP communications. Reports to Operations director and responsible for the Technical team, Presales team , operations team and maintenance team in Egypt, KSA & Qatar (Team leaders, Senior Engineers, junior engineers & technicians) Supervise the design, configuration, installation and commissioning of integrated solutions for all building solutions including Building Management Systems & low current systems (ACS, CCTV, PA, MATV, IPTV, FA , Clock systems, data Network…etc.) including integration of building 3rd party systems. Responsible for Conceptual design, Presales activities, technical submittals and Consultant/Clients technical meetings.  Responsible for Project implementation, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the above systems. Responsible for project procurement and subcontracting. Provide relevant technical information to Operations staff to enable proper operation and maintenance of Field Technical Equipment. Provide and manage all technical training for all technical staff. Manage all partnerships with the Vendors and the new partners. Improve the effectiveness of the Company’s internal systems; increasing efficiency and reducing administrative overhead. Attract, retain and motivate people to improve the company’s performance

Operations & maintenance manager for Giza systems new building in new cairo 9 floors (two basements, Ground, 6 floors and roof ) each of 1200 m2 including all HVAC, Electrical and low current systems . Maintenance is based on process including all preventive & corrective maintenance plans .
