- Responsible for overall financial management of the business- Providing strategic as well as tactical advise on all financial matters- Developing and implementing a periodic financial reporting regime - Responsible for conduct of external audit and all external reporting- Day to day management of all financial and accounting operations including billings, procurement, etc.- Interacting with banks for all financing and operational requirements- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained- Development and implementation of improved month end closing procedures resulting in a more time effective month end close.- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.- Review the monthly account reconciliations - Liaise and coordinate with the external auditors- Prepare and analyse monthly budget variations- Prepare monthly forecasts for the company- Drive process improvements, documentation upgrading and staff development, to ensure more accurate and efficient processing,- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing the annual budgets- Prepare and review business cases for customer proposals- Assist the product teams in managing project accounting portfolios - Preparing monthly management accounts.- Responsible for monitoring the Accounting System and ensuring good control- Coordinating all internal audit activities.-Assisting in annual budgeting and planning process.- Manage the cash flow and ensure monthly bank reconciliations are completed.

-reconciling and reviewing the Balance Sheet notes (including sub systems).-Preparing monthly forecast of the Profit and Loss Accounts for the Operations Controller.-Preparing and analysing the Profit and Loss accounts including detailed review of revenue and cost transactions.- Reporting irregularities to Management - Cash flow and Working Capital management. - Performing of a period closing, reporting on local and corporate level management.- Preparation, verification and approval of annual FS before signing off in accordance with IFRS.- Supervising the whole range of Accounts Receivables. Follow up collections. Credit Limit control and Credit risk Management (Liaising with insurance companies, with the banks for security instruments). -Preparing segment analysis and reports for Operations Controller, Operations Manager, Field Segment Managers for planning purposes.-Preparing Fiscal analysis and management fiscal reconciliation in accordance with Local/ Country tax requirements.-Providing support to Geo-market on Tender P&L’s/analysis for Operations Controller and Operations Manager for planning purposes.-Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.-Ensuring all reports are submitted within deadlines.-Participating in ad hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required.-Running day-to-day operations to meet KPI objectives based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) between the Hub and Geo-market.-Performing analysis as and when required by Geo-market.
