• Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Otherwise, evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations.• Processing all personnel actions form and ensuring proper approval. Besides, transfer, promotions, and termination.• Preparing HR letters (bank, work experience). Responsible for termination procedures. • Prepares, maintains and updates various lists of HR administration.• Conducts and processes new employee orientations.• Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations.• Record data for each employee into the personnel database.• Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date. • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.• Dealing with ( National Organization for Social Insurance - Labor Offices - Health Insurance Commission ).• Managing performance appraisal, prepare staff evaluation schedules and the end of their yearly contract.

• Design and implement office policies.• Organize office operations and procedures.• Follow up on all issues until resolution and achieve. • Supervise staff & evaluate staff performance.• Dealing with ( National Organization for Social Insurance - Labor Offices - Cairo Chamber of Commerce - Health Insurance Commission - Ministry of Investment - General Administration of Traffic - Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors - Real estate publicity district and Documentation )• Employee services.• Maintain personnel files, recruitment files and hourly time records.
