• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing guidance on leveraging T24 functionality to meet their needs.• Gather of requirements/scope and implementing end to end operations related to business functions of T24 modules• Configure & Parametrize T24 modules, including AA Lending, LD Corporate loans, LD Corporate deposits, SL syndicated loans and other relevant modules, based on business requirements.• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of T24 modules.• Advise business stakeholders on workarounds and best practice solutions.• Conduct system testing, including functional and regression testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of the T24 solution.• Keep up to date with the latest T24 releases, functionality, and best practices, and applying them to enhance the T24 solution.• Development of transformation logic for migration purpose • Expertise handling AA, LD Loans Migration process, Migration strategy and data cleansing.

• Responsible for gathering with stakeholder to writing and developing the BRD "business requirements document".• Responsible for defining "as is" system process and "To Be" process to develop the process re-engineering.• Responsible for defining the required HLA "high level analysis", test cases scenarios, use cases and business rules to make sure that all scenarios meet the bank requirements.• Ensuring that the applied solutions cover the stakeholder’s requirements.• Responsible for test cases executions, writing the bug report and raising defects over Jira system.• End-To End testing cycle from SIT "system integration test" cycle till UAT "user acceptance test "cycle.• Responsible for updating the bank SOP's and training guide.• Responsible for handling T24 training for bank stakeholders.• Expertise in T24 system/I-flex cube system related to multiple modules "tellers, cheques, corporate loans, SME’s, past dues, AA modules "retail loans & deposits", STO and fund transfer".

• Responsible for handling the customer complaints and promote for The bank's product.• Responsible for handling letter of credit and letter of guarantee from branches.• Responsible for retail loans creation.• Responsible for handling customer satisfactions.• Responsible for checking the status of customer accounts to track their Payments and explain their charges deductions.• Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit, debit and prepaid. • Responsible for opening new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines.

• Promote and cross-selling to current or potential customers.• Responsible for proceed cash/cheque deposits or withdrawals.• Responsible for exchange foreign currencies and prepare EOD cash reports.• Responsible for issuance of certified cheques and drafts cheques.• proceed outgoing transfers as per client’s instructions (ach transfers and swift transfers).• Check and prepare all postdated, clearing and collection cheques before sending it to the clearing house.• proceed E-finance transactions for taxes, customs and utility bill payments.

• Dealing with three different types of calls (AAIB Client’s _ Wealth Management _Western Union)• Services offered including savings and current accounts, mortgages, personal loans, debit/credit cards and certificates of deposit (CDs).

Responsible for 3 teams ( logistics team , Reception&Decoration team ,and IPR team) . Responsible for guiding , managing , and developing the IR committees.
