• Providing SAP technical support to Purchasing and warehouse end users.• Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team.• Provide SAP training sessions for Purchasing and Warehouse end users.• Collaborate with functional consultants in the other modules for cross functions with MM and EWM modules.• Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP MM module to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction,• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend and develop solutions to meet the clients’ needs.• Documenting Business cycles related to MM and EWM modules.

• Second-line support at the service desk, solve problems related to (VMware, Active Directory, Fortinet, Kaspersky) or some issues with the ERP system developer.• Install or repair Windows computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing & solving problems that develop in their operations.• Upgrade the network (Servers, Switches, PCs & other network components).• Creating and designing reports using DB2 query and report generator tool to help business users.• Create and review all user profiles access list and authorities.• Ensure availability of papers, printing supplies to ensure smooth work operations.• Ensure effective work operations of the 3G connections, UPS, network & different server.

• First line support in Serves Desk (help end-user).• Install or repair Windows computers with standardized applications and networking software.• update all software for (Laptop & Desktop) to the latest version of the following software: (Windows 10 & Patch SAP, Etc.)• Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
