• Participating in setting the Organization Plan for the next 3 years by establishing a multi-year goals and objectives which describe what the organization wishes to accomplish, and develop programs, tasks, and timelines for achieving them.• Plant re-layout project (3 subsidiary factories) to improve plant area usage and prepare spaces for required extensions, optimize Transportations and minimize waste activities from lean perspective. • Designing of 6 production lines according to the one piece flow concept, which suits the takt time needed to cover the customer needs. • Plan and establish sequence of operations for every line after doing a time and motion study for every product family. • Responsible for measuring the direct costs for every product and the productivity of labor each month to be viewed by the GM. • Responsible for all the plant’s industrial needs starting from the design to the manufacturing process.• Conduct customer business actual state, collect data, study business value stream and analyze current state business development obstacles.• Build departmental and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) directed by the business plan objectives to achieve comprehensive lean enterprise (Production, Supply Chain and Quality Control).• Daily Support in warehouses stock management and material handling to assure safe operation and feeding production lines just in time ‘JIT’.

Responsible for the production line of the low voltage panels (main- sub main-fuse box) including the design drawings, programming at cam software, punching at punch presses, bending, welding and finally painting the product.
