As E Commerce Manager, I launched our companies e commerce business firstly by listing our portfolio on Amazon, Jumia & Noon (The biggest 3 e commerce platforms in Egypt)Then later in 2022, I launched our e commerce website first through Shopify. Then as an upgrade, transfered to WordPress for better marketing integration.

Health Med is a growing Medical Device Company. We are currently Agents for several Medical Device Companies in the field of Laparoscopic Surgeries, Skin closure, ICU & AnaesethiaResponsibilities: Sales management: responsible for surgical & Anaesethia line sales. This includes sales team assembly, sales forecasting, executing sales & marketing plans & stock management.  Medical liaison & training manager: responsible for medical training, soft skills training for the entire teams. I’m collecting product data from partner companies & via internet tools to utilize in training materials & Audio Visual Materials. Business Development: responsible for everything related to partner companies regarding current companies & inspected ones. I make orders, monitor execution, documents legalization & fulfill their inquiries. For the new companies, I initiate communication based on development plan, fulfill requirements, lead negotiation for a contract of sole distribution, and follow legalization & registration of products. Then, I prepare a Business plan based on investment & marketing plans. Advertisement manager: responsible for website building, content management, preparing marketing materials like brochures & flayers including marketing design & digital marketing.

I was responsible for sales of Infection Control Portfolio (Amity International-UK). my responsibilities included team building, training, approaching hospitals & preparing scientific documents required for selling process.

I managed to Launch Smith & Nephew Wound Care Portfolio in Egypt. I was responsible for assigning a sales team, Training them & assisting sales initiation. At 1st year of Launch, we managed to Introduce NPWT in Egypt working 15 devices. we also introduced skin substitutes (Biobrane) & other advanced wound care products.

My task was to achieve profitability within branch sales. a task could be achieved by good sales mixing & good deals. i used PC system to extract interesting reports that made my job easier. i used the system reports to find stop dealing customers, best dealing customers, ranking my sales personnel, finding profitable mix & getting rid of unneeded stock. i utilized my financial understanding & pharmaceutical experience with operating system help to achieve profitability.
