• Attending the customer over the counter to issue demand draft,telex,transfer,Western union transfer , X press money,EZETOP,WPS .Salary payment,Local bank Deposits.• Able to handle all the cash transactions over the counter in an efficient manner and sell, purchase the currencies according to the rates that given us the best margin• Cross-sells UAE EXCHANGE products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative.• Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; reconciling loan coupons and other transactions; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to head teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.• Follow up the targets& achievements given by management.• Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
