Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important. 3. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. 4. Evaluating training and development programs.*Recruitment and Selection:1- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment policies and procedures in the organization.2- Create an annual Manpower plan depending upon different forecasting tools and real organizational needs. 3- Understand and report the department’s hiring needs with the line managers to prepare suitable recruitment programs and initiatives to meet their headcount requirements.4- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.5- Use different recruitment channels to source the best fitting calibers and screen CVs, then testing potential candidates and conducting competency based interviews (CBI).6- Manage all assigned talent pools and candidate life-cycle processes through phone and email communication.7- Conduct job interviews for non-managerial level.*Performance Management:1- Design a best practice performance management policies and procedures2- Provide training to all employees on the process and how to set SMART objectives.3- Supervise the performance management process.
